Moeller Donnalyn Dpm

Dr Moeller is an amazing, talented and compassionate Dr. She listens to her patients, is gentle in her techniques, is compassionate and caring and very attentive to her patients and their feet. I have recommended her to friends and they have loved her as well. Everyone I know that sees her is extremely impressed with her and loves her. Her staff is professional and she is too. Giver her a chance and the opportunity to show you what a caring, talented Dr she is. You won't be disappointed.

Its not the staff its actually the doctor her self she is very unprofessional. She talks about her staff in the rooms with the patients she charges for things she has never done. Donnalyn also is always yelling through out the whole office. I can remember a time where she had very good workers but she didn't respect them in no way. I actually had to report her to medicaid fraud do to and inside tip from previous workers. I would not recommend this doctor in no way

Donnalyn is very unprofessional shes known for give out narcotics to the drug seekers that is in her office like a revolving door she did have a doctor who joined her that is a b@t*h but dont think your getting anything from her because your not but once again donnalyn is always talking about how she doesnt want her there she trying to change her practice. so good advice avoid Donnalyn Moeller DPM. She does have a very good nurse Alexus and a pretty you nurse when I went for the first time in august it took three visit to tell how this doctor was. she had the nerve to charge me for a smoking counseling and the only thing she said was stop smoking.

On behalf of Dr. Moeller's office we would like to apologize to Sarah K. for the lack of compassion from the past receptionist on 9/17. We want to assure new and present patients that our office staff is very professional and compassionate. Thank you.

I called to make an appointment the receptionist told me to go ahead when i began to describe the foot issue, however: she actually talked over me to other people in the office the entire time i tried to convey symptoms and make an appointment and in the end of the conversation she acted as if she could have known what i was saying while she was talking over me. Hard to say what the doctor is like i could not get past the receptionist despite having a serious infection in a toe she said go to your family practice doctor. I have an appointment with someone else tonight, thanks anyways for the knowledgable staff's help!

I have gone to Dr. Moeller for some time. She is gentle and very professional. Her staff is friendly and even her dog, who stays in the office, is friendly. The care is good. Plenty of parking next to the building.
